Structural design

The valve body of the biological safety sealing valve is made of SUS 304, the plate thickness is 3mm, the valve plate is made of stainless steel, and the blades are sealed with high-quality silicone rubber. Flange thickness 5mm, can be customized. The connection adopts arc design to reduce the accumulation of dust particles and achieve lower maintenance frequency.

Air tightness

The biological safety sealing valve is tested under the condition that the initial pressure is at least 2.5kPa lower than the external atmospheric pressure. The hourly leakage rate does not exceed 0.25% of the test volume. It still maintains good air tightness after the valve is opened and closed 5000 times, and the above leakage data remains unchanged. It complies with the requirements of GB50346-2011 and has obtained third-party inspection reports certified by CNAS and CMA.
